Molly Brown & Melissa Sherwood founded Grooveback on the premise that we are always striving to be the best that we can be. This involves a personal commitment to take care of ourselves emotionally and physically. Life can be challenging at times. We all do our best to workout, eat right and get proper sleep but it isn't always easy. We fall off our healthy track ( for us it usually starts Thursday and lasts through Sunday). We are always searching for ways to get ourselves back on track. This is where Grooveback comes into the picture. We are always searching for ways to get ourselves back on that healthy band wagon and stay there. We all indulge, we have to life would be boring if we didn't!
