I'll be writing mostly about Sports Diplomacy, the use of basketball and other sports as a means of curbing social ills or changing the lives of youth in several different countries.

Very often, this blog will contain direct copies of my blog on the Huffington Post or my blog about the inner city basketball team that I coached last basketball season.

Thank you for reading, and please visit Full Court Peace for information on how you can get involved in Sports Diplomacy both locally and globally.

Michael Evans, a native of Weston, CT is the 29-year-old founder of Full Court Peace, a nonprofit organization that uses basketball as a means of diplomacy around the world. He is also the Varsity Boys' Basketball Coach at New Canaan High School.

SA is a program of the Domus Foundation, and caters to high school boys and girls whose public schools could not serve their specific needs adequately, as well as students who have been in trouble with the law.

Michael holds an MA from the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, as well as a BA from Hamilton College.
