Michael Lashinsky, Neighbor

Michael has over 17 years experience in the telecommunications industry, developing and delivering training.

Michael is a 10 year resident of Maplewood and is married with three children;  a Temple University freshmen, a Columbia High School freshmen and a 3rd grader at Tuscan School.

Michael has coached a total of 16 different baseball/softball teams and served for 4 years on the South Orange Maplewood Baseball Committee as Registration and Publicity Chair.

Michael has always enjoyed writing in various forms, including authoring over 40 songs, and was Editor-in-Chief of his College and High School Newspapers. He is  grateful for the opportunity to get back into the journalism field with The Patch. 

For 2010-2011 Michael will assume the role of correspondent covering the Columbia High School Performing Arts programs. people and events.
