Happy Days Preschool and Summer Camp

&nbsp;TRUNK OR TREAT AT HAPPY DAYS!

Friday, October 23rd 6:00–8:00 PM Happy Days Preschool &amp; Summer Camp
We’re inviting our Happy Days families, friends, and community to join us for a fun, kid-friendly night filled with candy, costumes, decorated trunks, and plenty of Halloween memories!
Want to host a trunk? We’re looking for parents and families to decorate their trunks and help us make this event extra special!
Local businesses/vendors welcome to host a trunk! We’d love to have local businesses join the fun and connect with our Happy Days community.
Can’t host a trunk? That’s okay! You can still help by donating individually wrapped treats for the event
Costumes are encouraged — cute, silly, spooky… just keep them preschool-friendly!
Click the sign-up link to participate. <a href="https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.gle%2Fyy3QtuUTuXFaRN6f7%3Ffbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAcGRvZgFicmlkETFBaHdoY0pEbmY0QU5GbTc0c3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHvCUngPlCB4ZYvVkZdwku8rWA8bC5dqnPW8ZX4s5kQ9rC5v26Rrle8fqUA59_aem_H48gYr_Wl334JqZpIXhgRQ&amp;h=AUBtPaT4pbzP_u-ui424-uDTtFhDjMQtx0dgZUU6lu86PLWpXeTMoksqxluI5YwQ94hSFnIhQEoAxrSX7QvKsc2-fOuVriOFKA3Nwl3VaPsEWue1_koPee3FUrr6iKstFwfY0327OhZeG0h5kXbO55nUhP8slQ&amp;__tn__=q&amp;c[0]=AUBC3QQLawZjpm7QiHKW3mpATeLmYJVl21I7wHnaTmc-WRfmq2NXe0igckej62cyFQIKD-YN2SQk7JzyHGUtqyUZw0kmSshHawMg0nHxE47PkL76G2yDn07dKmokUqc9uMFHp1Z8ySTIEDpso9Gi4tzUZ-zUrp5_y2w" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://forms.gle/yy3QtuUTuXFaRN6f7</a>

An Essex County home inspector has built a free website that lets anyone look up the public records behind a New Jersey property &mdash; building permits, flood zones, fire history, property taxes, and more &mdash; by typing in an address.
The site, <a href="https://oprasearch.app/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Permit &amp; Parcel</a>, covers all 564 New Jersey municipalities and brings together records from official sources, including state and county databases, FEMA flood maps, and the towns&rsquo; own municipal codes. No account or email is required, and there&rsquo;s no cost.
&ldquo;I kept watching buyers fall in love with a house before anyone checked the paper trail &mdash; the open permits, the flood zone, what the town actually requires when a home changes hands,&rdquo; said Leo Betancor, a Certified Master Inspector based in Cedar Grove and the founder of the site. &ldquo;All of that is public record. It just wasn&rsquo;t in one place anyone could actually use.&rdquo;
Alongside the main lookup, the site includes free single-purpose tools: a <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/lead-safe/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">lead-safe inspection lookup</a> showing which of the two state-required inspection methods each town uses under New Jersey&rsquo;s lead paint law, a searchable <a href="https://oprasearch.app/lead-contractors/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">directory of DCA-certified lead evaluation and abatement contractors</a> sorted by distance, a <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/fire/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">fire-incident map</a> built from more than 40 years of state fire records, and a <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/radon/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">radon map</a> covering every municipality.
Homeowners can also <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/tax/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">look up property taxes and assessments</a>, <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/hvac-age/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">check the age of a furnace, air conditioner or water heater</a> using its serial number, and <a href="https://oprasearch.app/tools/co/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">find their town&rsquo;s certificate-of-occupancy requirements</a> before selling or renting a home.
A companion site, <a href="https://njflood.zone/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">njflood.zone</a>, gives instant FEMA flood-zone answers for any New Jersey address &mdash; built after the federal government shutdown left FEMA&rsquo;s own map site unreliable &mdash; running on the site&rsquo;s own servers with the complete flood map data for the state loaded locally.
As an added benefit for homebuyers, Permit &amp; Parcel users can receive $100 off a qualifying home inspection with Smart Choice Inspections, Betancor&rsquo;s North Jersey home inspection company.
The project was recently featured in <a href="https://www.tapinto.net/towns/east-hanover-slash-florham-park/columns/at-home-with-holly/articles/deep-dive-conversations-what-the-house-won-t-tell-you" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">TAPinto.</a>&nbsp;Both sites are FREE at <a href="https://oprasearch.app/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">oprasearch.app</a> and <a href="https://njflood.zone/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">njflood.zone</a>.
