Light of Hope

Saturday, October 17 | 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Developed as a healing art, qigong is a gentle yet empowering movement practice that strengthens your vital energy (qi). Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it is simpler to learn. No experience needed.
Following qigong practice, we will settle onto the floor to learn a few self-acupressure points. (A couple chairs will be available if needed.) The workshop will conclude with a brief meditation, either seated or supine, in which acupressure will be offered. Bring a mat or blanket if you have one, and wear loose clothing.
This workshop will be led by Michelle Morisi, DACM, a practitioner of Chinese medicine and certified qigong instructor. Learn more about Michelle at acupuncturebymichelle.com.
Advance registration is required. Learn more & register here: https://www.acupuncturebymichelle.com/workshop.
