Commissioner Mike Korman, Neighbor

Mike Korman is a Northfield Township resident and the elected Highway Commissioner of the Northfield Township Road District. Before his election in April 2025, he spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy Seabees, the Navy's construction force — building, maintaining, and repairing infrastructure around the world. He ran for commissioner on a platform of fiscal discipline and was elected two-to-one over an eight-year incumbent. He writes about the November 3 referendum in his personal capacity, through a personally funded committee, using no Road District resources.
