CASA of Baltimore County, Inc., Neighbor

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) provide individual advocacy for children in foster care who have been abused, neglected or abandoned. Our goal is to help ensure that children receive all the services they need and to recommend to the court the best outcome for each child—a safe, loving, permanent home.

Over 600 children In Baltimore County are in foster care. CASA of Baltimore County currently serves about one third of those. We want to do more! And, with continued and increased financial support, we can!

Our MISSION

To provide court appointed volunteers who advocate for the well being of Baltimore County's abused and neglected children with the desired outcome of placement in loving, safe and permanent homes

Our VISION

To provide a trained, supported CASA volunteer for every child involved in abuse and neglect proceedings in need of an advocate

Our GOAL

To RECRUIT YOU so that one day all 600 kids in foster care in Baltimore County may be served!
