Monmouth Flag Football League is Monmouth County's Premier Flag Football League Powered my the NFL. We formed Monmouth Flag Football to give our children more variety when choosing what sports they participate in. Monmouth Flag is the first Co-ed Flag Football League of its kind powered by the NFL. We cater to children from K-8th Grades and will soon be forming Adult Leagues in the summer.
