Moraga Junior Women’s Club is a social and philanthropic organization, founded in 1970, as a member of the Junior Membership of the California Federated Women’s Clubs. Comprised of women who live in Moraga, MJWC is committed to improving the quality of life for women, children and the elderly through volunteer service and fundraising. Meals on Wheels, Children’s Hospital and Moraga Education Foundation are among the organizations receiving ongoing support from Moraga Juniors. Other volunteer efforts include, sewing comfort pillows for women recovering from breast cancer surgeries, food and basic supply drives, and local community events.
