When we opened in 2003, the basic idea was simple. Give people an everyday place that still feels special - A Place Less Ordinary.

After many years in the corporate restaurant world, we were ready to do our own thing. We looked around and thought, why can’t there be a restaurant with simple but top-notch food, take-care-of-the-guest service, a fun, down-to-earth atmosphere, and reasonable prices you can afford? And oh yeah, how about a real full-service bar? Pizza seemed like the perfect signature item, a sharing kind of food that everybody loves—a food to which you can bring unlimited creative touches.

Blue Moon would not be what it is today without a great bunch of loyal staff and guests who fortunately care about the same things in a restaurant that we do. We’re very thankful for that. Now when we look around and hear things our loyal guests say, we realize that this kind of place really is something you don’t see very often. Whadda ya know, Blue Moon turned out to be a pretty good name after all.
