I am an Iranian Americana and a republican. I have been a member of student movement for freedom and democracy in Iran. My brothers and sister, Akbar, Mouchehr and Simin Mohammadi were also members of the movement. Akbar was killed under torture after over seven years of imprisonment. Manouchehr escaped after seven years being behind bars.

Since 2008’s disputed presidential election and emergence of Green Movement in Iran, we have been actively supporting pro-democratic positions of Iranian movement in Iran. Currently we are in touch with Green Movement activists as well as student movement in Iran. We are also able to arrange interviews with students and Green Movement members in Iran.

I was sent to abroad in 2001by the student movement in order to amplify the voice of suppressed Iranians and defend basic Human Rights. I am here to complete my higher education too.

Work Summary: Experienced professional with over 10 years of hand-on experience in human rights and political activist, reporting interpreter (Farsi Linguist) and investigation reporting (in Iran and USA). I am a result-oriented professional with strong organizational planning self starter, and decision-maker. Ability to effectively handle high stress environments to meet objectives. A dedicated human rights and political activist.
