Neshama Kutin, Neighbor

I spent many years taking care of other people, much to the neglect of taking care of myself.  In 2008, I topped the scales at 270 pounds!  I had enough!  Throughout the next several months, I learned how to eat right, exercise and take care of myself.  I lost an amazing 140 pounds and have kept it off!!  It was with determination and support from those around me.

In 2010, I went to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and will soon graduate.   I have a holistic health coaching practice that I help busy people take back control of their lives and the lives they assist, whether it be children or another adult.  I give my clients support and information to make life long changes for increased health.
