World Mental Health Day: A Complimentary 30-Minute Session

Pause. Understand Your Emotions. Respond More Consciously.
Join Hardika Pandya, Conscious Living & Emotional Regulation Coach and Founder of NextGen Conscious Mind, for a complimentary 30-minute practical session focused on everyday emotional well-being.
We often move through our days without giving ourselves a moment to pause and notice what is happening within us.
This session is an opportunity to slow down, understand how emotions and stress affect us, and explore simple, practical ways to respond more consciously in everyday life.

What we'll explore

• How emotions influence our thoughts, reactions, and everyday experiences • Simple ways to create a little more space between feeling and reacting • Practical mindfulness tools you can use in daily life • How to recognize stress before it becomes overwhelming • Small practices that support emotional well-being
This is an interactive, practical session — not a lecture.
No prior mindfulness or meditation experience is needed.
