Curbside Compost, Neighbor

Curbside Compost is the first food waste pick-up and compost delivery serving Ridgefield, CT. Our program is simple and convenient. Food waste and organic material represents roughly 1/3 of Connecticut's garbage. With your participation, we are lessening trash that needs to be incinerated and ash which will be disposed. With your help, we are reducing emissions and greenhouse gases by taking advantage of the natural process of decomposition.

Compost is a nutrient rich, natural fertilizer and pesticide for your plants and garden. It also is used to reduce erosion. We collect from your home, business or event and compost all your food remains,

including dairy, meat, fish and bones, those items which are harder to compost at home. Curbside Compost closes the loop by delivering finished compost back to the home or business as requested by customers.
