As a mother of two and grandmother to a three-year-old, I appreciate so much the environment of the North Fork,

with its outdoor activities, beautiful landscape and friendly people. It has become our family retreat. Thank goodness all the publicity about its qualities hasn't changed its underlying nature. So easy to reach from my primary home in Nassau county, but worlds away, it is a place to relax, gather, and appreciate nature.
