Medical Science confirms that Sound Wave Vibrations have a quieting effect on the entire Nervous System. In my sessions I use deeper toned, long sustaining sound instruments. These sessions are composed specifically for quieting the Mind &amp; unwinding the Fascia System, allowing the participant to experience a state of deep physical relaxation and a quieting of the mind. Many participants nap and have fun expanded awareness journeys.

&nbsp;In my sessions I compose pieces using a large selection of therapy grade and tuned Tibetan Metal bowls, (2) Gongs 1 32" &amp; 1 26", Thunder, Sea and Buffalo drums, Solfeggio Tuned long chimes, about 18 Bell Metal bowls as well as other cool instruments which direct different frequencies of sound waves through the room and body.
