Foundation</a> for the fourth annual Punches in the Piazza on Friday, September 11, 2026, in Little Italy’s Piazza della Famiglia. This charitable community event combines amateur boxing, philanthropy, and a powerful tribute to the 25th anniversary of 9/11, bringing together residents, first responders, and boxing enthusiasts for an evening of remembrance, unity, and giving back. 

Guests will enjoy USA Boxing-sanctioned amateur bouts featuring local athletes, ceremonial tributes honoring those impacted by September 11, silent auction opportunities, raffle prizes, VIP experiences, and commemorative merchandise. Founded in honor of Hall of Fame boxing promoter Bobby DePhilippis, the event celebrates his enduring legacy while supporting causes that strengthen local communities. 

Proceeds from Punches in the Piazza will benefit the <a href="https://wesf.education/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Washington Elementary School Foundation</a> and the <a href="https://t2t.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Tunnel to Towers Foundation</a>, helping provide resources for children, families, veterans, military service members, and first responders. Attendees will have the opportunity to honor those we remember, recognize those who serve, and contribute to meaningful causes while enjoying an exciting night in the heart of Little Italy.
