Do you feel like you're not yourself anymore? Anxiety that comes out of nowhere, low energy, brain fog, and a sense of being disconnected from your own body are common during midlife, and many women are never told what's going on or what to do about it.
Unwind & Realign is a full-day, in-person experience for women who want real answers and a way to feel like themselves again. Four practitioners each bring a different piece of the picture.
Your hosts:

Kristen Herlihy, LICSW, psychotherapist and certified health coach, explains what is happening with hormones, mood, energy, sleep, and body changes during perimenopause and menopause.

Judy Galek, holistic anxiety coach, shares a practical tool for catching anxiety in the moment it happens.

Wendi Giuliano, intuitive coach and Reiki Master, guides you in tuning back into your body's own signals and intuition.

Holly Bickerstaffe, Inner Soul Facilitator and founder of Tranquility Wellness Center, leads breath and nervous system regulation practices to help your body settle.
