Box Free Minds, Neighbor

Pamela is the owner and founder of Box Free Minds. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her professional experience has been in sales and staffing. She began her career in the Staffing Industry in 1984; having held almost every position in the business, sales rep, placement counselor, branch manager, corporate trainer. In 2000, with a partner, she opened a Staffing company in the greater Los Angeles area. They employed 25 core employees and placed approximately 2500 temporaries out on assignment. It is here that she learned so much about human behavior. It has instilled in her a lifelong love of learning about how and why we are the way we are. She understands career transition and has assisted thousands of people in finding new careers and become financially independent.

On a personal note she is the mother of 5 children. The first two are her step-kids who are full-grown adults leading productive lives. She has a daughter and two sons in college. She enjoys mysteries, movies, motivational books, exploring and studying human behavior.
