From Labor day weekend till mid-November, Parshall Arts host an open to the public art fair. Saturday and Sundays Artist are encouraged to paint on location. Parshall Arts provides everything needed for a perfect masterpiece including : brushes, easle, and paint for one low price.<b></b>
