<a href="https://www.btonefitness.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">btone FITNESS</a> is opening its newest location in <a href="https://www.btonefitness.com/locations/chelmsford" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Chelmsford, Massachusetts</a>&nbsp;this weekend. Grand opening festivities will begin Friday, July 31st with an open house, a 9:30AM ribbon cutting with the <a href="https://business.greaterlowellcc.org/events/details/ribbon-cutting-btone-chelmsford-5174" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce</a>, and donation-based classes throughout the weekend to benefit <a href="https://tableofplentyinchelmsford.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Table of Plenty</a> and the <a href="https://chelmsfordfoodpantry.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Chelmsford Food Pantry</a>. 
The new 2,400 square-foot studio is the growing brand’s latest franchise to open and joins several other Greater Boston locations including those in Acton, Lexington, Southborough, Walpole, Waltham, Wayland and Wellesley. Additional franchise studios are slated to open soon in Brighton, Haverhill, and Worcester. 
The Chelmsford studio, located at 7 Summer Street at Summer Street Crossing, is owned and operated by long-time btone devotee and instructor, Corrie Luongo who says, “btone is an upbeat, 45-minute, full-body workout that’s both highly effective&nbsp;and efficient. It’s a hybrid of Pilates-inspired movements and resistance training that you can customize to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, whether you’re just beginning or a btone regular. All levels and ages are welcome!
The new studio will offer twelve brand new customized btFORMERS [exclusively manufactured for btone FITNESS right here in Chelmsford by <a href="https://www.streambleckpd.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Stream + Bleck Product Development</a>] to ensure a highly personalized Pilates hybrid workout where clients will feel comfortable regardless of their fitness levels. Unlike other group exercise classes, btone specializes in 45-minute, total-body TONE workouts on these customized machines, allowing clients to tailor each and every move with spring resistance and body placement. Clients can easily and safely modify their workout based on their current fitness level and wellness goals.
 Luongo says, “btone makes it easy to squeeze in a total-body workout during the day, before or after work, or whenever your busy schedule permits given convenient urban location. Our classes strengthen every major muscle group in your body on our state-of-the-art reformers, derived from our signature TONE class. Grand opening benefit weekend classes will support <a href="https://tableofplentyinchelmsford.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Table of Plenty</a>, whose mission is to provide a free weekly meal to alleviate hunger and social isolation; to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere which respects our guests’ privacy and dignity; to provide other forms of support to address food insecurity; to partner with like-minded community organizations that address food insecurity; and to educate community members on this issue and give them a place where they can contribute and be valued volunteers.

Please donate to our food drive THIS SATURDAY to benefit the Merrimack Valley Food Bank of Lowell! Their focus is to help meet a person’s most profound need — adequate nutrition and freedom from hunger. Nonperishable foods (examples: salad dressings, cooking oil, spices, coffee/tea, cereals, flour/sugar, canned goods, pasta, pasta sauce, boxed or canned stock and broth, iodized salt, condiments like mayo and ketchup, peanut butter/sunbutter, jelly). EASY drop off at the UMC of Westford church parking lot (10 Church Street in Westford) – you won't even have to get out of your car, our volunteers will unload for you! 9:00 am to Noon. Tell your friends and neighbors; we would love to have everyone in the community donate to this special food drive!
