The Long Beach Latino Civic Association (LBLCA), in partnership with the City of Long Beach, invites the community to celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month at the annual Hispanic Heritage Month Kite Flying Festival on Sunday, September 27, from 2-5pm in Long Beach. There will also be a beach cleanup from 2-3pm. 
 Join the Long Beach Latino Civic Association and City of Long Beach for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring kite flying, live entertainment, cultural performances, and a community beach cleanup. This inclusive event brings together residents of all backgrounds to enjoy local vendors and family activities along the beach.
