I am a Licensed Counselor, a <i>Core Energetics </i>practitioner and a <i>Certified Imago Relationship therapist</i>. My approach is holistic - I invite clients to bring all the dimensions of self into the healing and growth process; the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual. My passion is supporting men and women in identifying and releasing the emotional and physical blocks (armoring) that interfere with living more authentic and vibrant lives.  I believe each person is unique and sacred and that each has their own purposed and meaningful path in the journey of life.

I have worked with men and men’s issues for over 10 years so I support fathers, sons, and brothers seeking to heal and reconnect. I offer Anger Management training in group or individual sessions. </i>
