I graduated from Southern Methodist Law School in 1983, where I was a member of and a published author for the prestigious Southwestern Law Journal. As a business law attorney, I am licensed to practice law before all state courts of Texas, the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
