Paul established a corporate entity, French Financial Services Inc. (an Iowa corporation) as the umbrella to the Paul French Tax Services business. Paul personally was licensed by Iowa as an Accounting Practioner and the business firm was licensed as a firm of Accounting Practioners (this licensing has been subsequently closed as Paul moved business locations and began specializing in tax returns).

Paul currently carries the "ABA" designation for "Accredited Business Accountant" via the Accreditation Council For Accountancy And Taxation. Paul has been a past Director for the Government Accountants Association. Paul currently carries membership in the National Association For Tax Professionals, National Society of Tax Professionals, Iowa Association of Accountants, and in the National Society of Accountants.

Paul's client services over the past years has included startup services to some 300+ business entities, covering creation of new small business entities to companies that expanded to include several hundred employees.

Paul is registered with the IRS for e-filing tax returns. Paul also has a Notary Public License with the State of Iowa.
