Paul moved to the Paoli area in 1995 and started with an electronic security firm in Chester County.  SInce then, Paul has worked exclusively in the Electronic Physical Security industry, providing solutions such as CCTV and intrusion detection to businesses in the region, nationally and internationally.  Starting off as a technician, but through constant self improvement and education he moved up through the ranks to become CTO at one organization that had over $200 million in annual sales.  Highly respected throughout the industry for his talents, skills, and slavish dedication to customer service.

A veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in Desert Storm, Korea and as a Paratrooper with 32 active duty jumps, Paul also holds a BS in MIS, an AS in Electronics and several of the highest level certifications in the technical and security fields such as MCSE and CISSP.

After working for a company that was purchased by a giant corporation, and watching the service and quality start a slide downwards because of it, and also noticing the other companies in the region taht went through the same cycle, Paul and a good friend started Systems and Technology Consulting (STC) to provide superior service and quality solutions to area businesses.  Quickly, the company was doing national projects and shortly afterward international projects as well.  STC realized that the local area needs teh support that it was founded upon, so local resources dedicated to servicing local businesses have been added for just that purpose.  STC is a local company witrh a global reach due to the quality of the personnel and dedication to providing the best solution for business.  We believe in full protection, and working within our customers budgets.
