Those caring for the elderly, chronically ill or disabled are welcome to this weekly zoom with Positivity Coach, Christy Smith. Caring for others can be meaningful, but it can also feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times. This weekly circle offers a space to pause, connect, and explore simple tools for stress relief, emotional support, boundaries, and self-care because your well-being matters too.

Teens are so stressed these days with school, the pressure to be perfect, sports and other responsibilities. We have created a safe group where they can come relax, learn they are not alone, meet new friends and learn Stress Management tips. Each week will have a different discussion topic led by Kassie Simpson who chooses a topic which is relevant to teens today. This group is for ages 14-17.

Our BE ME Kids Program is where children learn about the power of kindness toward themselves and others.
Our BE ME Kids Program, sponsored by Pillars of Light and love, children ages 5-10 learn about the power of kindness toward themselves and others. They learn how to navigate stress and how they are responsible for their own emotions. It is a fun and empowering event created by our Founder's Granddaughter, Skylar, when she was 9 years old. Skylar saw the need for kids to be strong in who they are, and not who others think they should be.
