The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance is hosting a Community Health, Resource &amp; Volunteer Fair at the Robert Livermore Community Center on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The fair will help anyone either hoping to get involved in the community or seeking support for themselves or their family.The fair will offer:&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Free health screenings and mental health resources</li><li>Local nonprofits, city programs and county services</li><li>Youth activities with Quest Science Center</li><li>Senior services</li><li>Parks &amp; recreation</li><li>Civic and social support organizations</li><li>Volunteer opportunities</li><li>Free back-to-school backpack distribution from Tri-Valley Haven’s annual Backpacks for Kids program</li><li>Raffles and giveaways</li><li>Free lunch between 11:00-1:00pm for the first 450 attendees.</li></ul>

Join us as a vendor at the VFCCA Family Fair — a fun, community-centered event designed to connect families with valuable local resources, services, and businesses.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your organization, engage directly with parents and caregivers, build meaningful community connections, and promote the services you offer to local families. Vendors will have the chance to interact with attendees in a welcoming, family-friendly environment filled with activities, resources, and community engagement.
We are seeking vendors that support children, families, health and wellness, education, recreation, community services, and family life. Whether you provide products, programs, or services, we would love to have you be part of this exciting event!

A summer afternoon under a big tent with some two dozen sparkling wines from around the world! This is one of PRIMA's favorite traditions, now making its Danville debut.
We’ll be pouring Champagne from Alexandra Sainz (who is a dear friend and will be joining us in person), Delamotte, Drappier, and Egly-Ouriet alongside distinctive bubbles from Franciacorta, Etna, Le Marche, Umbria, South Africa, England, Austria, Burgundy, Germany, and beyond. There will be very special event pricing to encourage stocking up on your favorites of the day.
Think of it as a leisurely trip through the many ways the world makes sparkling wine: celebrated names, unexpected regions, and lots of discoveries, accompanied by light nibbles.
Please inquire about discounted designated-driver admission. This is a strictly 21+ event.

Get ready for an unforgettable Sunday packed with fun, fantastic wines, and mouthwatering cheese! We’re thrilled to invite you to the release of our 2024 Petit Verdot (just 2 barrels produced) and 2024 Petite Sirah (just 4 barrels produced).
This is your chance to savor these two exceptional wines, along with four additional pours that will elevate your tasting experience. To make it even better, indulge in delectable cheese pairings handpicked by Brandon Wood, professional Cheese Expert, from The Cheese Parlor. Don’t miss out on this delightful afternoon – we can’t wait to share these amazing flavors with you!
Party attendees will taste 6 wines total, 4 of which (the NEW 2024 Petit Verdot and 2024 Petite Sirah included) will be paired with cheeses from the Cheese Parlor. Check out the incredible cheese pairings being offered:
2024 Petit Verdot paired with Postel Belgian Washed Rind Gouda A Belgian cow's milk cheese with a washed rind and aged Gouda character. Firm and smooth, with savory depth, caramel sweetness, and a lingering nutty richness.
2024 Petite Sirah paired with Brabander Goat Gouda A Dutch goat's milk cheese aged over 8 months. Bright and creamy, with a clean tang, notes of caramel and toffee, and a smooth, mellow finish.
2022 "Big Wood" Zinfandel paired with Alter Fritz Alpine Cheese A German-style Alpine cow's milk cheese, mountain-aged and firm. Nutty and full-bodied, with savory richness, hints of sweet cream, and a smooth, satisfying finish.
2022 "Muy Bueno" Zinfandel paired with Red Rock Cheddar An American cow's milk cheddar with marbled blue veining. Bold and crumbly, with sharp cheddar tang, earthy blue notes, and a rich, savory finish.
This release party is open to both members and non-members. Tickets are priced at $10 for Club Members and their guests, and $30 for Non-Club Members. Additionally, $10 will be refunded for every bottle purchased, up to the price of admission. We hope to see you there!
