My name is Rabbi Simcha Morgenstern and I moved with my wife and three children from Kansas City in June 2014.

I am the director of Outreach and Education at Chabad of Rockland in New City, NY.

I look forward to enhancing Jewish life in New City and in Greater Rockland as well as meeting all the wonderful folds who live here.
