The Douglas Morrison Theatre in partnership with SPARC presents The Glass MenagerieStep into a world of fragile dreams and haunting memories with The Glass Menagerie, Tennessee Williams’ beloved masterpiece. Set in 1930s St. Louis, this poignant “memory play” follows aspiring poet Tom Wingfield as he recalls his troubled family: a faded Southern belle mother, a painfully shy sister, and the heartbreak that shapes their lives. Rich with poetic language, emotional depth, and timeless themes of hope, regret, and escape, this SPARC production brings a classic American drama to life at Hayward’s Douglas Morrisson Theatre.Please join us for a pre-show talk at all shows and gain insight into the playwright, the play, and the staging. 
For evening shows on September 18 &amp; 19, the pre-show talk will begin at 7:00 pm. 
For the matinee on September 20, the pre-show talk will begin at 1:30 pm.
