The Department of Public Works (aka Andover DPW) provides project planning and oversight for Town infrastructure construction projects including roadways, sidewalks, water treatment and distribution, and sewer collection. All Town-owned property and trees are cared for by Public Works' divisions in addition to the maintenance and perpetual care of Spring Grove Cemetery. Responsibilities also include overseeing trash and recycling collections, both curbside and special collections.
