This class, designed for our senior population, is a breath-oriented practice that will help increase your circulation, release tense muscles, and strengthen core muscles while promoting better posture and balance. Exercises are done from a chair and adapted to each individual's ability.
This class meets virtually via Zoom and instructions will be included in your registration confirmation.

Teen Resilience and Thriving workshop helps teens identify stress and learn coping skills, positive self-talk, and time management.
This workshop gives teens a safe place to share their challenges and grow their confidence, providing them with essential skills to enhance their learning experiences.
&nbsp;During the workshop teens will: 
<ul><li>Understand stress in general and recognize when they are over-stressed.</li><li>Recognize that they are not alone, and that others also experience similar challenges.</li><li>Learn time management and organizational skills to avoid procrastination and reduce stress.</li><li>Learn and practice how to replace a negative self-talk with positive or neutral self-talk.</li><li>Practice de-stressing exercises.</li></ul>
&nbsp;PLEASE NOTE: The workshop is for YOUTH in middle school and high school. This is NOT a workshop for parents/caregivers.

Eastside Catholic School

You’ll scream with delight at "Little Shop of Horrors," the outlandishly funny science fiction musical by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. Featuring a pop/rock score, Little Shop tells the story of Seymour, a meek and dejected assistant at a flower shop who happens upon a strange plant on his way home. Discovering its limitless opportunities for fame and fortune, Seymour names the plant “Audrey II” after the girl he adores at the shop. As the plant grows, it develops an unquenchable thirst for human blood, but Seymour must find a way to win the girl while satisfying a plant with an agenda all its own.
Performances are April 24 - 26 at Eastside Catholic Gymnasium.
The show runs approximately two hours with one intermission.
Lobby doors open one hour before the show and the Gym opens 30 minutes prior to the show. Tickets will be verified before entering the Gym.
