Participant will make one small handbuilding project and one wheel thrown vessel. Choose your glaze and items will be ready for pick-up 3 weeks after event is held. Come on your own or bring a friend! Sip and Spins require at least 4 participants to run. One night event. Participants can BYOB and small snacks. Ages 21+ event. Register online.

This 2 hour workshop offers an immersive, hands-on exploration of Japanese tea bowls and culture. Create your own summer and winter tea bowl using the pinch pot method. This approachable hand-building technique emphasizes touch, intention, and the beauty of imperfections-echoing the spirit of the tea ceremony itself. After students make their pieces, the instructor will glaze them with a traditional style celadon or tea dust glaze. Pieces will be ready for pick up 3 weeks post event. Ages 18+. Register online.

In this 2 hour workshop, get creative with clay as you design and build a fruit bowl statement piece. Students will begin by constructing a large slab bowl, then personalize it by cutting out fun shapes and patterns using freehand techniques or a variety of cookie cutters. Whether you love bold designs, nature-inspired motifs, or geometric patterns, your bowl will be completely one of a kind. Once your masterpiece is finished, choose your glaze color and we'll professionally glaze and fire it for a beautiful, food-safe finish. No experience is needed, beginners are all welcome! Your finished piece will be ready for pickup 3 weeks after the event. Ages 18+. Register online.

The Nature Center’s forest fairies have come out to play and are excited to share the secrets to being kind to nature! Wander the trails and meet the Salamander Forest Fairy, the Meadow Flower Fairy, the Pond Fairy, the Stone Fairy, and other magical friends as you explore the woods. Each fairy has special ideas to help you care for the natural world. After your fairy adventure, meet some of the animals that call the Nature Center home and create a whimsical fairy craft to take with you! Families and children are encouraged to wear their best fairy wings!&nbsp;
