Beyond Fab plays, and pays tribute to, the post-Beatles solo work of John, Paul, George, and Ringo and the many bands and artists they worked with, influenced, and guided after the greatest rock and roll band in history broke up. The band is comprised of Bay Area musical luminaries Robbie Dunbar (guitar), Adam Blankman (vocals), Michael Gill (keyboards), David Wellerstein (bass), and Michael Oliver (drums.)

Live Music with BEYOND FAB (Best Live Music in the East Bay Area)

Following the paths of Townes Van Zandt, John Prine &amp; Gram Parsons, Gabriel is a modern-day troubadour playing Cosmic American Music. Native to Charlottesville, Virginia, and a longtime Bay Area resident, he has become increasingly migratory. To pay the rent, he’s worked as a housepainter, cook, shepherd, bartender, dockworker at a lobsterman’s co-op, and camera operator. But whatever his day/night job, and wherever on earth it finds him, he is writing songs. These songs, deceptively clad in the guise of country-folk, are glimpses into a far-gone world, variously mournful and raucous, cozy and surreal. The campaign to support his album Sir Dude Man &amp; the Wandering Blues has brought him to Point Reyes, CA, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Richmond, VA, Charlottesville, New Orleans, Detroit, Kalamazoo &amp; Grand Rapids, MI.

West Coast Sidecar is an electric trio from Oakland. We often feature a guest musician. We play cover tunes and a few originals. Our music is a groovy mix of blues, rock and country, old and new. Most of our cover tunes will be familiar, but some will not!
