Rich Franz, Neighbor

After a 27+ year career in law enforcement, and successfully raising two children with his wife of 30 years, Rich Franz is ready. Ready to explore his hobbies of history, gardening, and motorcycling. And ready to give back to the community which is why he's spending more time volunteering at church, serving on the Mehlville School Board, and reading the Mehlville Patch!
