The STEP Academy and Connecticut Football Club (CFC) have recently joined together to create an elite development program for boys aged 7 - 12 years old.

CFC, the largest soccer club in CT, continues to grow and by joining forces with the highly respected STEP Academy reinforces their vision of being the best in the state!

The STEP Academy is run by UEFA 'A' & NSCAA Premier Diploma holder Rich Sutherland. Rich has extensive knowledge and experience of working with youth elite players and has worked in the past with Manchester United, Atletico Madrid & Glasgow Rangers, in addition to 1st team coaching with Sligo Rovers & Bohemian FC in Ireland.
