Having 8 years of Real Estate experience in Manhattan, Richard has worked in the commercial Retail Arena &amp; Investment Brokerage Arena for his first 4 years of his Real Estate career. He learned how to canvass the streets of NYC and generate his own leads for business, for the Chairman of Retail and Sales Division at Douglas Elliman, Faith Consolo’s team. He purchased his first Real Estate property (condo) transaction, at 25 years old in NYC.<br>In 2006, Richard began to jump into the residential arena, for The Real Estate Group of New York (which is now MNS). This is where he developed relationships with his clients that brought him continuous referrals. Dealing with Co-op boards, Investors, First time home buyers, Sellers, and Seasoned/Savvy Landlord’s. He is very aggressive, and brings the commercial state of mind into the Residential state of mind. Once you meet him in person, you will understand why he gets his continuous referrals and impressive reputation with his love and passion for Real Estate!<br>Richard Brazzano then moved to Westbury, NY in Long Island and currently just joined the <strong>Prudential Douglas Elliman Office in Syosset</strong>. He is extremely knowledgeable about Long Island, where he was born and raised in Woodbury, NY in “The Gates of Woodbury”. Richard, attended Walt Whitman Elemantry, H.B.T Middle School, and Graduated Syosset High School in the class of 1997, and then went on to college at Arizona State University where he studied Communications and Urban Planning.
