I am an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey and also New York, although my practice is here in New Jersey. I have been an attorney for over 15 years. I concentrate my practice in all aspects of Family Law--divorce, domestic violence, child support, child visitation, Father's Rights, Grandparent visitation, pre-nuptial agreements, and the list can go on and on. I started my career in Family Law when I was the Law Clerk to the Hon. Edward V. Torack, J.S.C. in Hackensack and continued with the law firm of Spinato November Conte & LaRocca and most recently Weinberger Law Group.

I also practice in Municipal Court as I am the former Assistant Public Defender for the Borough of Oakland.

I have resided in Wyckoff for over ten years and am involved in town--from sitting on the Planning Board to being a volunteer coach for the Recreation Department.

I have just opened my law offices here in Wyckoff as I believe being a solo practitioner gives me the flexibility to provide my clients the one-on-one service that they deserve without the pressures of a large firm intruding on what is a difficult time of their lives.
