<strong>I am a Marketing Director as well as an active REALTOR®.</strong> At Home Center Sotheby’s, headquartered in Hingham, I review every listing and use my <strong>unique photography skills </strong>to present all properties in the best possible light. <br><br>My<strong> enthusiasm for the business of real estate</strong> and especially for the Sotheby&#39;s International Realty brand comes from a number of sources. <br><br>I bring with me a <strong>record of accomplishment</strong> in the marketing of luxury motor vehicles and prior to that I was a director for Domestic and International Merger and Acquisition at the country&#39;s largest provider of demographic data to the automotive industry. <br><br>My passion for the water and the coastal lifestyle is no doubt due to my being a lifelong resident of the South Shore. My wife Kathy and I spend as much summer time as possible cruising the harbor islands and beyond. A father of two and proud grandfather of three,<strong> I understand the needs of families</strong> as they develop and grow as well as when they re-size their living situation. <br><br>I am a member of the <strong>National Association of Realtors</strong>, the<strong>Massachusetts Association of Realtors</strong>, the <strong>Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors</strong> (PASS), and <strong>Multiple Listing Service</strong>(MLS) and I am a <strong>Notary Public</strong> in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, I use my expertise in business information technology to assist the Board as a member of the <strong>Marketing &amp; Technology Committee</strong>.
