Tai Chi Chuan&nbsp;is a system of exercise developed in ancient China that offers a physical practice for improved health, self-defense, and inner calm.
Try out the free&nbsp;<a href="https://hastingstaichi.org/descriptions" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Beginners</a> class this Monday, 9/28. The class starts at 6:00 PM. Come prior to meet with the teachers.
Enrollment for the October through June Beginners I class begins 9/28 and closes 10/26.&nbsp;Tuition starts in October at $75/month. If you have financial concerns, please talk to your teacher or email us.

Everyone welcome! In honour of St. Francis of Assisi, renowned for his love of animals, we will be celebrating a short service for the blessing of animals on Sunday October 5th at 4pm, in the garden in front of the church. Pets of all types are welcome: furry, feathered, scaly, or stuffed. You may also bring a photo or memento of pets who don’t travel well or who have crossed the rainbow bridge.
