I am an Aries with a rabid love for the Arts. I write because I can and because I believe the right words can give silence the voice it needs. My first love is music; I am drawn to the inspiration it gives me, but haven't quite figured out why it inspires me, yet. Music and writing go hand-in-hand in my life, I couldn't live one without the other.

I like to think of myself as a creative thinker; although the end game is journalism, I dabble in everything from photography to not-for-profit creative communications.

I've embraced diversity all my life what with parents from contradicting religious backgrounds, exposure to music from the Western world and its Eastern counterparts and an early understanding of sexual identity. The term diversity has always held far more than ethic difference for me.

On a sunshine note, I love keeping house, cooking, animals and the water. I'm also a humungesaurus rex when it comes to comic superheroes.
