Introducing a new class on the <a href="https://www.madeirabeachyoga.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Madeira Beach Yoga</a> schedule Monday evenings weekly for a limited time, starting August 3rd. Gentle Chair Yoga is an accessible class designed for all abilities, not just seniors. Using a chair for support when needed, you’ll build upper-body strength, improve balance and mobility, reduce stress, promote better sleep, and ease fatigue. Whether you’re recovering from injury or surgery, managing limited mobility, or simply looking for a supportive way to move, this class meets you where you are.&nbsp; You will also use other shared Studio props such as blocks and straps.&nbsp; You are welcome to bring your own or borrow the ones on hand.Taught by Brenda Fisher, whose own yoga practice helped her successfully recover from two hip replacements and a recent knee replacement, this class is a welcoming place to build strength, confidence, and resilience.$19 single class pass, included with multi class passes.&nbsp;Pre-registration is required for all classes. Sunrise Beach Yoga morning class.&nbsp;Join <a href="https://www.madeirabeachyoga.com/event/sunrise-beach-yoga/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Madeira Beach Yoga</a>&nbsp;for an earlier start time on August 7 for this all-levels yoga class on the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf. Honor the morning as the sun starts its daily ritual rising behind you.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Dress in comfy, weather appropriate clothes for you.&nbsp; The early morning class is often accompanied by a gentle Gulf breeze and a quieter beach ambience.
$19 single class pass, included with multi class passes.&nbsp; As with all of our classes, pre-registration is required for all students in each class.

Please bring a beach towel for your practice and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Allow yourself plenty of time to arrive, pay to park, walk onto the beach and get situated on the sand.
