Every Wednesday through October 21, kids eat free at Pietro's of East Meadow. One free kids meal with every adult pasta, parm or main dish. Kids choose pasta with marinara, butter or vodka sauce, pasta with a meatball, ravioli, a 9-inch cheese pizza, or chicken tenders with fries. Every kid gets a menu and a Table Talk card: phones down, pick a question, and pass it around. Also on Wednesdays: our large sesame seed crust pie is $15. </a>Boo! Walk is an annual event where Variety Child Learning Center’s students, staff, alums, parents, and friends come together for a day of fun and festivity. We walk and raise money to increase awareness of young children with diverse learning needs. The 1-mile walk is a joyous occasion, filled with music, snacks, games, and activities for children and their families. The event will also feature a Halloween costume contest, adding an extra element of fun and excitement with prizes for the best costumes.
