Dr. Joanne Santiago, DC, DABCI, has been an active member of the community in Avon, CT since 1984. She relocated to the Farmington Valley after ten years of successful practice in New Jersey with her two brothers and her parents, also chiropractors.

She is very active in chiropractic education and has served on the New York Chiropractic College Board of Trustees. In addition to chiropractic training, Dr. Santiago has a degree in nutrition, a diploma in chiropractic sports medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI), and has been an examiner for the National Chiropractic Licensing Board.THE AVON CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH CENTER offers family chiropractic care. The center offers screening for scoliosis and other imbalances to improve sports performance and attain optimal health. Dr. Santiago and her staff deliver conservative holistic care with physiotherapy and acupuncture. X-rays are done on premises.
