Satyam, Neighbor

I began my journey into yoga in 1991 and spent much of that decade living in ashrams (yoga houses) in India. My first trip to India was on bicycle - cycling over the Himalayas via the Karakoram Highway from China into Pakistan and the Indian subcontinent. I moved to south county (from Oregon via D.C.) in January of 1999 and founded Renaissance Yoga in 2005. I have great interest in human health, diet, community education & action, green living, and - of course - yoga and meditation. Here is my blogsite.
