Tommy John is a name synonymous with baseball.

Tommy John was so much more than a baseball player who had an operation named after him.

Tommy was my friend. Over the years, he joined me several times on Jam&rsquo;n Java. &#119830;&#119838; &#119841;&#119854;&#119847;&#119840; &#119848;&#119854;&#119853;... he came to concerts, we dined together &mdash; and we TALKED! (&#119879;&#119900;&#119898;&#119898;&#119910; &#119888;&#119900;&#119906;&#119897;&#119889; &#119905;&#119886;&#119897;&#119896;!) We talked about baseball, of course &mdash; but also about life, faith, family, perseverance, and the remarkable journey that made Tommy who he was.&rdquo;, said Robby Robinson. &ldquo;I also had the privilege of composing the music for a documentary about Tommy&rsquo;s extraordinary life.
