Celebrate America's 250th anniversary with a free evening of music, food trucks, and patriotic fun culminating in a spectacular fireworks display. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy a live concert by Sundance and receive commemorative giveaways while supplies last.
As part of this year's celebration, we will host a special presentation commemorating America's 250th anniversary. Join us as we sing "Happy Birthday" to America and celebrate this historic milestone together.
Commemorative giveaways will be available in honor of the 250th anniversary while supplies last. In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by noon on July 3 regarding postponement. Timbers of Shorewood

The Timbers of Shorewood invites the community to the next free summer concert featuring acclaimed musician Frank Rossi. The outdoor concert takes place at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 3, at The Timbers of Shorewood’s outdoor patio, located at 1100 North River Road, Shorewood. The event is free and open to the public.
Frank Rossi, performing on accordion and keyboard, will fill the evening air with a lively variety of polkas, hits from the 1950s, and current favorites. Rossi was named the 2010 recipient of the Order Sons of Italy Leonardo da Vinci Award of Excellence in Performing Arts and frequently performs at fine dining establishments throughout the Chicagoland area.
“Frank Rossi is one of our absolute favorite entertainers here at the Timbers,” said, Sheila Albor, director of marketing. “Having him perform on our patio is always a very special treat for the community. We welcome everyone to come out, bring a blanket and/or a lawn chair, and enjoy a wonderful evening of live music.”
Upcoming summer concerts at the Timbers:
- 1:30 p.m., Thursday, July 16 – Del Bergeson Orchestra (Big Band) -&nbsp;2 p.m., Thursday, July 23 – Hearts of Zagreb (Traditional Croatian Folklore Dance Group) Note: This specific performance will be hosted inside the main Ballroom. -&nbsp;10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 25 – Cloggin’ Craze (New Lenox Clogging Dance Group)

Vendor setup is 8AM, and the vendor fee is $15.

this coming Sunday, or at any of our upcoming
Junk in the Trunk Morris events,
simply arrive at 8AM, pay the $15 vendor fee and take an available
spot. New
vendors are always welcome and reservations are not required. Junk in
the Trunk Morris is a charitable fundraiser, and proceeds from vendor
fees received at the Gardner event on July 5th

benefit the Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Center of Minooka. For

Will County and the City of Joliet are teaming up with the Joliet Slammers to host Water Conservation Night on Tuesday, July 7, 2026! Gates open at 5:35 PM, and the baseball game versus the Mississippi Mud Monsters starts at 6:35 PM at Duly Health and Care Field in downtown Joliet.
Collect water conservation-themed baseball cards and enjoy fun, family-friendly water conservation activities and giveaways on the concourse. Learn easy ways to save water at home, and <a href="https://forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=UvewcEJyl0G5jiv1DP3J154EUKzzRYhCjj_i18QFfPNURVpURFpWOVdNNEE3TzI2RFYzRERZWElMSS4u" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">fill out a water pledge at the game</a> for a chance to win a rain barrel or water conservation kit. (Winners must be present at the game to collect their prizes.)

The New Lenox Soccer Association's recreational division is the premier rec soccer league in the Lincoln Way area. Our mission is to provide quality soccer instruction and education in a fun filled, positive and supportive environment. The NLSA prides itself on creating a soccer experience where positive coaching, sportsmanship and friendship are paramount. &nbsp;


Teams are coached by dedicated parents that have passed annual background checks, with practices occurring 2 times a week until games begin and then are reduced to once a week. All NLSA recreational games are played on fields located in New Lenox, Illinois, including a special tournament at the new Crossroads Sports Facility! We encourage parents to bring their lawn chairs, sit back and watch their children enjoy the game of soccer.
