I have personally experienced yoga's power to heal and transform for the inside out! I am very grateful to Earth and Sea Yoga (3400 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Suite 209, Lafayette, CA) for the donation of their studio space in which to offer Yoga of 12-Step Recovery classes to the general public. I, along with several other certified yoga instructors, continuously offer these community classes on Mondays from 1:30-3:00pm and starting October 2, 2015, Friday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm. Bring a friend and join us as we connect body, mind and breath at the same time connecting to a healthy supportive community of like minded people!
