Last month, hundreds of volunteers in our community turned in 23,000 recall petitions to hold Sheila Harsdorf accountable for putting the party bosses and special interests ahead of us.

I’m Shelly Moore, and I’m asking you to continue this movement as we fight to take Wisconsin back from career politicians like Sen. Harsdorf, who have turned their backs on Wisconsin’s working families and seniors.

Wisconsin faces tough times. We need to create more jobs, invest in priorities like education and SeniorCare, and get our fiscal house in order. But instead of addressing these issues head on, the special interests and political bosses in Madison have decided to punish working families, seniors and students, while giving tax breaks to big businesses, and shutting people out of the democratic process.

This isn’t how we do things in Wisconsin. I’m running to be your state senator to stand up for working and middle class families, and fight for the priorities that matter most – jobs, education, protecting our seniors and balancing the budget.

We can change Madison, but first we have to change who we send there.

Over the coming months, I look forward to meeting with folks all over the 10th Senate District. Together, we will send a message to Madison: Business-as-usual won’t cut it anymore.
