I am a wellness coach who specializes in emotional and spiritual healing via a 90 Day Challenge. 

During a difficult time in my life, I woke up one morning with a decision that I would no longer be a sitting duck waiting for illness to strike myself or my family. I took matters into my own hands and began a wellness journey that quickly became a driving passion with lots of twists and turns. <br> <br> Sixteen years later with countless hours of study and mentoring under the best in the country, I now coach and inspire others towards wholeness. I specialize in emotional and spiritual healing as a result of my own healing journey from a 20-year bout of rosacea, which is considered an incurable skin disease. <br> <br> With that I also found myself over weight and discouraged when I was unable to lose the excess weight no matter what I tried until I applied emotional and spiritual healing to my weight loss efforts. I reached my ideal size three years ago and have remained at my ideal size to this day.

It all begins with a desire to be real with self and then nurture that desire to where grace, forgiveness, and love abounds first for yourself and then for others. <br> <br> We must learn to fill our own cups so that we can gracefully give to others from a true place of love. Love is the greatest healer of all.
